1. Definitions

"Software" refers to the source code, object code, documentation, and any related materials for Blade Shariah-Compliant Smart Contracts.

"Licensor" refers to Blade Labs, the copyright holder of the Software.

"You" refers to the individual or entity exercising the rights granted under this License.

2. Grant of Rights

The Licensor hereby grants You the right to view and inspect the source code of the Software for reference purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You may not use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the Software without first obtaining explicit written permission from the Licensor and agreeing to a separate End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Obtaining Usage Rights

To obtain rights to use, modify, or distribute the Software, you must:

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software licensed hereunder and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. By viewing or accessing the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this License, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
